My Help · Legal
Terms & conditions
Proposed use rules, product limits, and rights.
1. Who operates My Help
The legal operator, business address, and public contact are not yet confirmed. My Help is the product name; it does not identify a contracting company. These proposed terms require owner and legal review before they can take effect.
No governing law, court location, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, or liability cap has been selected. No waiver of your rights is created by viewing this draft.
2. Permitted preview use
The My Help website at myhelp.dev provides product information and these documents. The app supports manager planning and supply reference. The verified app test profile is a fictional local preview, not an approved operational system or a distributable shared beta. Use only fictional stores, manager names, tasks, notes, catalog entries, vendor details, and order activity in that profile.
Proposed release rule: use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and have your organization’s permission for the work and information involved. The owner must confirm eligible ages and markets before release. The preview is not intended for children.
3. Planning, ordering, and expiry limits
My Help supports supply lookup, preparation lists, weekly tasks, and reference history. Adding a supply, marking it ordered, or completing an Order Day does not place, approve, transmit, pay for, or verify an order. Confirm ordering separately in the authorized ordering system.
The Outdate Tracker in the app uses entered category information and dates. It does not inspect stock or verify expiration dates, recalls, storage conditions, safe use, or a completed physical check. A displayed status is not a safety certification. Follow product labels, employer procedures, and applicable requirements; do not rely on this preview for safety decisions.
Tasks and history are not timekeeping, payroll, employee evaluation, staffing records, official audit records, or a substitute for required record retention. Only four completed orders are kept for quick reference; other stored records may remain until erased.
4. Information and acceptable use
Do not enter patient or prescription information, customer information, real employee records, payment details, government identifiers, passwords, private access links, or confidential employer materials. This preview is not approved to handle protected health information.
Do not use My Help for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, infringing material, unauthorized access, or interference with another person’s systems. Do not upload or copy a catalog, image, logo, or document unless you have the necessary permission.
For any later approved shared service, permission to use workplace information and control workspace membership must come from the organization. A manager’s invitation alone does not establish those permissions.
5. Ownership and third-party materials
You retain any rights you have in material you enter. Entry alone does not transfer ownership to My Help or grant permission to sell it, advertise with it, or train AI on it. The scope of any processing permission for a future service must be stated in its final agreement.
My Help does not claim sponsorship, approval, or affiliation with an employer, retailer, supplier, or brand. References to third-party names do not grant rights to their materials. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licenses, which these draft terms do not replace.
6. Availability, changes, and payment
The preview may contain errors, lose data, or become unavailable. It has no promised uptime, support response time, backup service, or continuing availability. Stop using it if it does not meet your needs. Keep required operational records in the approved systems outside this preview.
The reviewed preview has no purchase, subscription, or payment flow. It does not authorize charges. Any future paid offer needs separate, clear pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information before purchase.
A revised date or link alone does not establish your acceptance. Final terms must identify their effective date, explain material-change notice and termination, and provide a clear agreement process where appropriate. This draft does not claim to retroactively change any previous agreement.
7. Proposed warranty language and preserved rights
For legal review: to the extent allowed by applicable law, a preview would be provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. This draft is not an effective disclaimer or a guarantee that a future disclaimer will be enforceable.
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived, including applicable consumer protections or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. These pages do not remove liability for unlawful conduct. Any limitation of liability, indemnity, or dispute process needs a separate, jurisdiction-specific decision and legal review.
8. Contact and unresolved decisions
A verified operator name, mailing address, and monitored contact channel must be confirmed for the final terms. The previous website included a contact email, but its role and monitoring have not been confirmed for this draft. Raise preview questions with the person who gave you access, without sending sensitive information.
