Use sample stores, people, catalog entries, and work activity. The local preview is not approved for real workplace use. Do not enter patient details, prescriptions, customer records, real employee details, credentials, or confidential employer information.
Confirm orders in the official system
My Help never submits, approves, transmits, pays for, or verifies an order in this preview. A status or timestamp records a local entry only. Verify the item, quantity, authorized supplier, and actual order confirmation separately. Catalog matches and vendor contacts can be incomplete or wrong.
Inspect products and follow required procedures
The Outdate Tracker in the app cannot determine whether an item is safe, expired, recalled, stored correctly, or actually removed. Check the product and its label; use the employer’s required recall, expiry, disposal, and escalation processes. Reminder dates and coverage are entered reference information. They do not provide medical, pharmacy, food-safety, or regulatory advice.
Keep official records elsewhere
Use required systems for audit records, purchasing, staffing, pay, and safety checks. The local preview has no guaranteed completeness, delivery of reminders, availability, or backup. A completed task is not proof of compliance.
Permissions and affiliation
Obtain organizational permission before any future workplace deployment or use of employer materials.
