Ask your manager for a My Help installation invitation and a store invitation.
Install My Help
On iPhone, install TestFlight from Apple. Open your My Help app installation invitation and install myHelp store.
Open your store invitation
Return to the original invitation from your manager. Tap Open My Help, sign in and review the invitation.
App installation and store access use separate invitations. If either is missing or expired, ask your manager for a new one.

Use Forgot password on the My Help app sign-in screen. For installation or account help, contact support. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
